Now I have a slow Internet connection, and now it freezes every time I go online, or do not respond. If you then press Ctrl – Alt – Delete is a blue screen. You are so cold pressing to return to the screen, but nothing I can do, and then restart the computer world. I do it every time. Jeeves was wrong to hear, but says it is necessary to clean the registry I do, I can scan for spyware and viruses, does not solve the problem, do not see a problem, as you can not find the file.

Try ccleaner it may help also try Registry Mechanic.(do google search) The trial version will clean most of your registry but not some. Worth a try. Otherwise back up your files and do a reinstall of your operating system.
